Fat Pelvic Region How Do You Tone Your Pelvic, Abdominal Region When You Already Lift Alot At Work And Work Out 3 Times A Week?

How do you tone your pelvic, abdominal region when you already lift alot at work and work out 3 times a week? - fat pelvic region

I'm 27 years working in a mailroom, and I have tightness in the chest and abdomen, and worked there, but I'm fat ball / fat. I hate it. Is it in my head, or do I sound?

I stopped and fried fast food, but still there. I like pizza, cheese and chocolate. Do not take anything, no matter what ......

So, if I can, there are exercises that I have to do in the gym to strengthen and tone the buttocks and belly?

Breaks, sitting elbow to the knee, work sit-ups, side leg lifts, all good, remember that a small package is needed to support the muscles and how you look, if you can down in the stomach and how look in the mirror, are two completely different things
